Here’s how to make this face-rocking pizza in the comfort of your own home. On whatever crust your heart desires.
Just know that if you let the chickpea within any amount of feet from you, she will steal said crust and hide under the table nomming it while you speedily stuff the remainder into your face.

Ingredients
- 2 naan flatbreads
- ¼ cup pesto homemade or store bought
- ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup crumbled feta
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- ¼ cup sliced pickled Jalapeño peppers
- 1 large portobello cap sliced
- 2 button mushrooms sliced
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
- crushed red pepper flakes
- Sriracha chili sauce
- extra Pesto
- fresh parsley
Instructions
Pre-heat oven or toasted oven to 350 degrees F.
Chop your veggies and set aside.
Spread pesto (a little… or a lot!) onto your flatbread and top with parmesan cheese.
Add your veggies and top with mozzarella and feta cheeses.
Drizzle with extra pesto as desired and bake on a foil lined baking sheet at 350 for 12-18 min.
Top with your favorites extras and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra crispy crust, brush flatbread with olive oil and bake 4-5 minutes before adding toppings.

Once the mozzarella and sriracha got involved (a match made in heaven, I tell you!) things got a bit out of hand. While the technicolor rooster sauce may have stolen the show a tad, rest assured that you can steal it back by adding a little spinach to the mix. If you happened to see my last pizza, then you know exactly why I ran out of spinach. Clearly it’s time to drop some dough on more greens!
