She's a dry, often sarcastic character who feels beyond any morals. Her corruption arc, combined with Elizabeth Olsen's amazing performance, makes Scarlet Witch an enthralling villain. 10 "You Never Told Me Her Name, Did You?"
After Strange finds Wanda in her secluded cabin, he requests her help with America's situation. Nonchalantly, Wanda offers her assistance in taking care of America, referencing the girl by name. Since Strange never told Wanda her name, he suddenly realizes something is off. Wanda realizes she made a mistake and she asks him, "You never told me her name, did you?"
After this, Scarlet Witch shows her true villainous self. What initially feels like a continuity error results in a very powerful moment where Wanda establishes herself as the villain of the film. This is the first of several plot twists in Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness that blew the fans' minds.
9 "It's What Every Mother Does"
After Strange realizes Wanda's true intentions, he tries to reason with her. When she explains to him that she wants to be with her kids, Strange patiently tells her that she doesn't have kids. He references WandaVision and reminds her that she created Billy and Tommy with magic. Wanda interjects to say, "It's what every mother does," feigning a charming smile.

8 "You Break The Rules And Become A Hero. I Do It And I Become The Enemy. That Doesn't Seem Fair"
In an attempt to save the situation from imploding, Strange questions Wanda's morals. She reminds him that he has broken a few rules too, especially during their battle against Thanos. When Strange justifies his actions, she compares them by stating, "You break the rules and become a hero. I do it and I become the enemy. That doesn't seem fair."
At this moment, Wanda perfectly sums up her feelings about how she has been treated in the past few years. Especially in comparison to Strange, who has also attempted to use magic for his own benefit. This comment parallels them as two ambitious and powerful magic users who, unfortunately, end up on different sides of a battle.
7 "This Is Me Being Reasonable"
Once Wanda arrives in Kamar-Taj ready to kidnap America, Doctor Strange attempts to convince her otherwise. When discussing her plans, he asks her to be reasonable. Wanda then lets him know that everything she has done so far has been done out of mercy. Wanda finishes her speech by saying, "This is me being reasonable."
Fans have known Wanda's power levels are beyond compare since WandaVision. However, this is the first film where she addresses her own abilities. Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness marks the first time Wanda reaches into her untapped potential after learning who she really is.
6 "Every Night, The Same Dream. Every Morning, The Same Nightmare"
After Kamar-Taj falls, Steven, Wong, and America attempt to escape from Wanda, only to be trapped by the witch. Before Strange and America manage to travel to a different Earth, he and Wanda have another confrontation. Here, Wanda tells him that she dreams of Billy and Tommy every night. She says, "Every night, the same dream, and every morning, the same nightmare."

Although it's only a small dialogue, this line explains Wanda's feelings perfectly. Since she lost her family at the end of WandaVision, she has been living between her desires and the pain that comes with the mourning. While it doesn't justify her actions, this quote encapsulates what that pushed her to act the way she's acting.
5 "Is Their Mother Still Alive? Good, There Will Be Someone Left To Raise Them"
As Wanda arrives on Earth-838, this Earth's Illuminati rush to stop her. Before fighting, they try to reason with her. Mr. Fantastic tries to empathize with Wanda by telling her that he also has kids. Wanda fakes interest by asking if their mother is still alive. When Reed Richards says yes, she adds, "Good, there will be someone left to raise them."
This comment is a welcomed reference to another member of the Fantastic Four, Sue Storm/Invisible Woman. It also references Franklin and Valeria Richards, Sue and Reed's children. These ironic, dry comments make Wanda a lovable villain, no matter how many rules she breaks.
4 "What Mouth?"

Right before jumping into the fight, Mr. Fantastic warns Wanda that Black Bolt could destroy her "with one whisper of his mouth." Before Black Bolt can do anything, the camera goes back to Wanda. She uses a fake concerned voice to ask: "what mouth?" When the camera returns to Black Bolt, he doesn't have a mouth anymore.
What follows is a massacre. After losing his mouth, Black Bolt inflicts his powers on himself, blowing his own brains. Then, Scarlet Witch turns Mr. Fantastic into spaghetti, cuts Captain Carter in half, and crushes Captain Marvel. "What mouth?" may not be a very complex quote, but it introduces one of the best battles of the MCU and will live in fans' minds forever.
3 "This Isn't A Tomb, It's A Throne"
When Wanda and Wong arrive at Mount Wundagore, they find monstrous beasts living on its peak. However, these creatures don't attack them. Instead, they bow to Wanda when she stands on the altar. The moment Wanda sees her own image in the mural behind her, she realizes that Mount Wundagore isn't a tomb. It's actually a throne.

If Wanda had already embraced her true power, this line marks the moment when she fulfills her destiny. After this, she realizes that being Scarlet Witch is more than harnessing chaos magic. She's a queen, and the immediate parallel between her and the mural is proof.
2 "I Am Not A Monster"
When America finally chooses to grant Wanda her wish, Billy and Tommy don't welcome her. Instead, they start attacking her with toys, which causes Scarlet Witch to lose her patience and start yelling. After realizing what she did, Wanda tries to assure them she would never hurt them. She even utters, "I am not a monster."
This quote marks the moment when reality sinks in. Wanda finally realizes what she's done. Wanda also said this during one of her first conversations with Strange earlier in The Multiverse Of Madness, so the quote hints that Wanda always had doubts about her plans, thinking of herself as a monster to a certain level. This is one of the saddest scenes in the MCU.
1 "Know That They'll Be Loved"
Once Wanda collapses in the middle of her Earth-838 version's living room, the other Wanda gets closer to her and caresses her cheek. Before America brings Scarlet Witch back to her Earth, Earth-838's Wanda lets her Earth-199999 counterpart know that Billy and Tommy will be fine. She tells her, "know that they'll be loved."
This quote doesn't belong to Earth-19999's Wanda. Instead, it's Earth-838's Wanda who says it. However, it's still as powerful. This very emotional moment represents closure for Scarlet Witch, whose life has been full of terrible losses since she was a child.
